Nuance had it great with the previous version of this software, however this version has proved to be the most difficult software purchase and installation that I've encountered in years. Attempt was made to purchase directly from Nuance, however their website was not working properly. So I went to Office Depot to buy the software disk. I got it home and the installation took a little longer than the first version, but went well. That's where the experience went bad. The software has a "Trial" watermark when opening up pdf files. When you register the product the Trial watermark remains. Nuance definitely didn't get this one right. I'm working on a critical project where pdf was required. Now I will have to find a different software and pay even more money. Nuance bombed on this software.
